How we measure 'reads'
A 'read' is counted each time someone views a publication summary (such as the title, abstract, and list of authors), clicks on a figure, or views or downloads the full-text. Learn more
Prions are mysterious proteins of where there is little research done. Prions infect other proteins and transform them into more prions. As soon as the prions comes into contact with a prion, these normal proteins become infected. There is an infectious component that transmits by touch. However there is recent research that suggest prions do infect plants and there is more evidence that plants do play a role in the transmission of prions diseases and prionic proteins.

Find the relevant topics on plant physiology which might suit the demands on plant biotechnology. It might not be evident, however, this means more research needs to be done, as it is not enough
Introduction to the questions without an answer. There might be some, on recent publications where it is better than the original source and it might be the answer to any of them. The list of question will then be reduced.
In these books I will try to introduce the main aspects of the life and work of the scientists offering all their details so as to be appreciated at first hand, and of course from more points of view other than its work. Any details will be displayed on books with illustrations to cover the text.
Updates on space travel and discoveries
A brief introduction on how to proceed on the introduction on the history of medicine. Annotations of several themes to adjust it to the history of medicine
A brief document on how to develop the knowledeg on dinosaurs. This will impky set the information and classify the new one. It will mean all myths to be pulled down and how it will mean to open space for what we did not know.

Antibiotics on bacteria
Natural antibiotics for new diseases
Updated revision on Agrobacterium tumefaciens
For a vaccine to be accepted, they must follow some guidelines given from WHO and OMS. The strict guidelines must explain why this vaccine and how does this vaccine work for it to be accepted generally. This revision has been made for a deadly virus, named ebola and its most used vaccine rVSV-ZEBOV-GP
Avoid the bad use of the new technology.
How to measure ferritin and what it means for humans
There are difficult and important vaccines. It is intend to inform the basic details on vaccines
Not many well known forms of communications exist in bacteria. They are all uncommon and is difficult to set a biological case if is not by individual cases. This presentation brings all the cases together, making comparisons in between them
An updated review for the origin of the human species, the Homo and the pre-homo
Difficulties in oil rapeseed cultivation
Transport of glucose on several methods
The antioxidant capacity can be measured by some methods. We need to establish which algae has the best antioxidant capacity and which is the best method for it
Measure antioxidant activity for future reference
Determine the number of microorganisms by direct methods
There are methods to almost anything but we do not have a way to measure its effectiveness. This is why we need to try protocols to make sure they are optimal
Mass cultivation is a new process. The new cultivation vessels are for diferent purposes and this essay tries to show it
Quantification of bacteria using conventional methods in microbiology to assess the morphology of the found bacteria
Explain the changes in weight in tubers made by sugars
The diversity of techniques employed in research is enormous, and not everyone might be familiarised with all the techniques available. This presentation intends to give a review on microscopy and to analyse two types of microscopy, the fluorescence microscopy and the confocal microscopy

With the use of STRING we determine protein interaction. We established a conection based on ontology
Homology modelling of proteins
The rare diseases play a key role in determine the understanding and comprehension of disease. There are many to which we do not have a cure and yet we can only rely on therapies that only erradicate the disease completely. This is an attempt to gather any rare-relevant disease to which is neccesary to establish the key facts and help patients at t...
There are many methods to establish an experiment especially in animal cell culture tissue. However, we often find difficulties when those methods require in vivo experiments. The use of intestine to study certain processes has contributed to increase the use of in vivo experiments

It is very important to keep preprints with a DOI. However, many people wonder if there is a difference to a DOI in different places, like RG. How different are DOIs in these places and in what manner? How do DOIs work,where/when do you use them and what happens to DOIs from RG? How do you then use the DOIs from RG? If you posted a DOI not made in RG, how do you "use" them? What happens to the preprints loaded on RG and how these can be used afterwards? Can you still take the preprints with RG DOIs? And if the DOI is not from RG ,how can you use it?
Any contribution is welcome. I will answer/ask from time to time/ or when it is required.
