We are using Waters PSFC-200 with auto-cycle tank. In tank we are getting CO2 supply from Liq CO2 cylinders. During purification CO2 was provided with auto-cycle tank. After almost 7/8 hours we lost the Liq CO2 density in the system so we change the supply cylinder.
Interestingly, sometimes if we attach new cylinder with tank still we are not able to achieve the density.
We attached one condenser chiller at 8 degree C.
I know there is a big role of temperature and pressure for the conversation of CO2 in to its liquid foam. Anyone have suggestion to maintain the Liq foam of CO2?

We are using CO2 pump having comparability of 200 ml/ min flow rate.
Usually we observe same amount of flow respect to RPM.
When system was shut down more than two hours, we facing excess RPM issues to start the system on routine flow.
Ex:
Routine
80 ml flow set flow= 80 ml set flow = 78-82 RPM
After long shutdown time
80 ml flow set flow = 4 ml actual flow = 250+ RPM
After 30 mins of equilibration trials system is working proper, is their any precaution or simple way to deduct this down time?
