Dear Researcher,
Hope you are fine and free from coronavirus.
Because of COVID-19, The big Company Spectrum closed and let its fantastic circuit simulator MicroCAP V12 free for all, you can download it via the following link:
Advantages of MicroCAP V12 are:
1- We can draw the circuit visually and export it as a PDF file in high resolution.
2- We can simulate Noise Studies in one click
3- We can simulate Process Variations Monte-Carlo analysis in one click
4- It is a very easy and powerful simulator
5- Now it is FREE (The cost was 3500 USD)
The question is:
Can we include the CNFET transistor into MIcroCAP or another Free visual circuit simulator?
Note: HSPICE is very hard to simulate the Noise and Process variations studies. And we cannot draw the circuit.
Best Regards,
Ramzi Jaber
